The Creștem România Împreună Association ("we" or
"our") operates the eco.Track mobile
application ("Service").
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and
disclosure of personal data when you use our Service, as well as your rights.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in
accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy,
the terminology used in this Privacy Policy has the same meaning as that in the
Terms and Conditions.

improve the Service we offer.

When using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally

The Agency for Rural Investments Financing uses the collected data for various

service provider.

information represents your agreement to that transfer.
The Creștem România Împreună Association will take all reasonable
steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this
Privacy Policy, and no transfer of your Personal Data to an organization or
country will take place unless adequate controls are in place including the
security of your data and other personal information.

The Creștem România Împreună Association may disclose your Personal
Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
